



I'm currently a Law Enforcement Officer and fitness coach, as
well as Ex European Professional Basketball Player. My
expertise is in training and preparing athletes for their sport, as
well as those that are looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle or
individuals that want to loose weight and begin living a
healthier lifestyle. I have workout plans designed for everyone,
regardless of your level of fitness. Athletes, children, men,
women, and or those that have limited mobility. I've been
training athletes and people for over 18 years.
I believe in hard work and dedication!!!!! I'm an athlete by
nature, so that's my attitude...I'm not your normal trainer.....I
don't believe every workout is for the same person, everyone's
body will respond differently to various workouts....You don't
need to workout for hours to get results.....And I don't like those
same old tired routines....
If you want to see results, you have to 1) LOVE YOURSELF!!!
2) BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!! 3) PUSH YOURSELF!!! 4) AND I'LL
HELP YOU CHANGE YOURSELF!!! I'M NOT GOING TO LIE...
THERE'S GOING TO BE DAYS THAT YOU WILL HATE ME... THERE'S
GOING TO BE DAYS THAT YOU MIGHT WANT TO QUIT... BUT
THERE WILL NEVER BE A DAY THAT I'M NOT THERE FOR YOU OR
A DAY THAT I WILL GIVE UP ON YOU... I'VE ALWAYS BEEN A TEAM
PLAYER AND WHEN YOU'RE ON MY TEAM... WE'RE IN THIS
TOGETHER!!!
I use my experience as a professional basketball player and
education in Kineseology, to formulate the perfect fitness and
comprehensive wellness plan that adheres to my clients’
needs. My services provide guidance and support for the mind,
body, and spirit in an effort to help my clients create a healthy
relationship with their self and food. I believe that this
comprehensive approach is necessary for a successful and
permanent lifestyle change.
I will come to your home and perform an evaluation as well as
develop the appropriate exercise, lifestyle, and wellness plan
that adheres to your goals and interests. If I'm unable to meet
you in person, I'll perform the evaluation via phone, Skype, etc.
My services are for those that are serious about working hard
to improve their quality of life. My approach will include:
strength, interval, and compound training, as well as focusing
on improving your core strength, coordination and flexibly.
Meal planning and all natural supplements are keys to
advancing a healthier lifestyle and or enhancing your fitness
