Meal Plans
I can not express how important the foods you're eating can
make or break your fitness plan. It doesn't matter if you're trying
to lose weight or gain weight, the foods you consume play a
major part in your results. For those individuals that are trying to
lose weight and shed excess fat, you have to eat healthier,
change your calorie intake, drink more water, and eat small
amounts of the not-so-healthy foods you enjoy. You can exercise
all you want, but if your food consumption is fatty foods, pop,
sugar filled juice, potato chips, candy, and all other sorts of
unhealthy foods. You will not see any changes and you're at risk
of gaining more weight, plus causing a bunch of health concerns.

If you're goal is to gain weight and add muscle mass, you're not
exempt from having unhealthy eating habits. The proper way of
putting on muscle mass and weight is through clean eating.
Anyone can down a bunch of candy, eat double and triple cheese
burgers, cookies, cakes, and other fattening foods but you will
not get the results you want. Eating nothing but fattening foods
is what you call, eating empty calories. You will gain more fat
then muscle, your physique will not turn out as you thought it
would, and you also put yourself at risk of stirring up health
issues.

I will teach you how to create healthier meals as well learn the
importance of meal prepping. So many people think that starving
their self and not eating will take care of their weight problems,
but that's so far from the truth! Your body needs food and not
having the proper protein and nutritions will not help anyone
lose weight. Developing healthy eating habits isn't as confusing
or as restrictive as you may think. The essential steps are to eat
mostly foods derived from plants—vegetables, fruits, whole
grains and legumes (beans, peas, lentils)—and limit highly
processed foods. It's important that you keep an opened mind
and be willing to try new foods and other cooking methods. Your
body will thank you and you'll feel the difference.
