simply put is a type of training that is designed to improve your fitness level, for
the purpose of improving your ability to perform a given sport. The importance
and benefits of training is extremely important and should become a part of all
elite athlete's daily routines. Training allows the body to gradually build up
strength,endurance, prevent injuries, improve skill levels, build motivation,
ambition, and confidence. Being an athlete and personal trainer has played a
major role in my ability to help other athletes enhance their skill and strength
levels. I've been fortunate enough to play basketball on various levels, high
school, college, and professionally overseas. So I've endured many years and
hours of running, jumping, exercising, sweating, bumps, bruises, and so on. I truly
understand the lifestyle of athlete's and the commitment it takes to condition your
