Weight Loss
When people are trying to lose weight, it can be mentally fustrating and
discouraging if they're not seeing any results or losing the amount of
weight they would like to. There's a million reasons why people struggle
with weight lost and I think I've heard just about all of them. If you can
manage healthy eating habits, maintain your fitness program, stop making
excuses, believe you will succeed and not allow yourself to become
sidetracked, you will see those results you've been searching for!!! If there
comes a time that you fall off your fitness journey, you have to pick yourself
up and keep pushing. I'm here to help you and I'll be there for you
regardless of how many ups and downs you may have. To many people get
caught up in numbers, stop worrying about how much you didn't lose and
focus on how much you did lose. The only time you need to worry about a
number, is if your doctor suggested you lose a certain amount of weight in a
certain amount of time. If you lose one pound a week, that's four pounds a
month. Four pounds a month, means you will lose forty eight pounds in a
twelve month span. When people are on a weight loss journey, they need to
be proud of their accomplishments and stop striving to look like the various
people they see in magazines. Everyone's gene pool and body structure is
different, that's why I design my clients workouts based on their body type.
Your body structure is based on your genetics and the food you consume. If
you're ready to shed that fat, see those pounds disappear, and tone up you
need to give me a call or send me an e-mail. Go to my contact page and fill
out the Fitness Survey.
